+268 MOTORCYCLE RALLY SET TO DRIVE MBABANE’S TOURISM AND ADVENTURE OFFERINGS!

MBABANE – The roar of motorcycle engines is set to become part of Mbabane’s tourism experience when the inaugural +268 Motorcycle Club Rally takes place at Prince of Wales from September 18 to 20, 2026.

Launched August 19, 2026, the rally, themed “We Ride With Love,” is expected to attract motorcycle enthusiasts, families, visitors and members of the local community for a three-day experience combining adventure, entertainment, social activities and community engagement.

Delivering remarks on behalf of the club’s President, Thabo “The Duke” Magagula, was Vice President Lomkhosi Magagula, who described the rally as more than a gathering of motorcycle enthusiasts.

For the organisers, being a biker goes beyond simply riding a motorcycle. It is about building friendships, sharing experiences and creating connections, making the rally an opportunity for visitors to experience Eswatini through a different form of lifestyle and adventure tourism.

The sound of engines, the sight of bikers taking to the roads and the energy surrounding the gathering are expected to add a vibrant atmosphere to Mbabane, while giving visitors another reason to explore the capital and its surrounding attractions.

The three-day programme will include a Friday jam session, a family day, a motorcycle run, fellowship activities and a social investment initiative.

These activities are expected to create an experience that extends beyond the motorcycles, bringing together entertainment, community and tourism.

The motorcycle run will form an important part of the experience, allowing riders and visitors to enjoy Eswatini’s roads and scenery while experiencing the country from a different perspective.

Motorcycle tourism has the potential to encourage travellers to explore destinations at a slower pace, stop at local businesses and interact with communities along the way.

The rally is also expected to benefit businesses within the tourism and hospitality sector, including accommodation establishments, restaurants, entertainment venues and other businesses that serve visitors. With people travelling to Mbabane for the event, increased visitor activity could provide opportunities for local enterprises to benefit from the influx.
