MANZINI – As Men’s Mental Health Month draws to a close, Semusa Networks is set to host the highly anticipated 2nd Annual Build Him Men’s Symposium 2026, a transformative platform dedicated to empowering men and fostering meaningful conversations around mental health, personal growth, and purpose.
Scheduled for Friday, 26 June 2026, at Mavuso Trade Hall 2, the symposium will run under the theme “The Balanced Man: Mind, Body & Purpose.” The event aims to create a safe and constructive environment where men can openly engage on issues affecting their wellbeing, challenge harmful stereotypes, and explore practical pathways toward healthier and more fulfilling lives.
At a time when conversations surrounding men’s mental health continue to gain momentum globally, the symposium provides a timely opportunity for men across Eswatini to connect, learn, and support one another. Organisers believe the event serves as a fitting culmination of Men’s Mental Health Month and a meaningful extension of Father’s Day celebrations, encouraging families and communities to invest in the wellbeing of the men who play vital roles in society.

Distinguished Speakers to Lead Discussions
The symposium will feature an accomplished panel of speakers representing diverse professional backgrounds, each bringing unique expertise and insights into the challenges and opportunities facing modern men.

Mr Clement Dlamini, Director of the Centre for Community Services and Lecturer at the University of Eswatini (UNESWA), will lead discussions on Healthy Masculinity and Positive Manhood, examining how men can embrace constructive models of leadership, responsibility, and identity.
Representing the Manzini Police Headquarters Sexual Offences and Domestic Violence Unit, Sgt Thobeka Mathunjwa will provide valuable insights into Understanding Sexual Offences and Domestic Violence in the Workplace and Beyond, highlighting legal frameworks, accountability, and the importance of creating safer communities.
Adding an important parenting perspective, Mrs Tryphinah Mvubu, Founder and Director of Autism Eswatini, will present on Breaking the Stigma: Men Raising Children with Special Needs, shedding light on the emotional resilience, challenges, and rewards experienced by fathers and caregivers of children with special needs.
Inspiring Conversations and Meaningful Connections

Attendees can also look forward to a special entertainment segment by acclaimed comedian Mdura, whose blend of humour and storytelling is expected to provide moments of reflection, healing, and inspiration throughout the event.

Beyond the presentations, participants will have the opportunity to network, share experiences, and build supportive connections with like-minded individuals committed to personal development and positive social change.
