MBABANE – Businesses, entrepreneurs, government institutions and organisations seeking to connect with thousands of consumers and industry stakeholders have just over a week left to secure exhibition space at the 58th Eswatini International Trade Fair (EITF) 2026, with applications officially closing on 25 June.
Hosted by the Eswatini Investment Promotion Authority (EIPA) under the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Trade, the annual event remains one of Eswatini’s largest economic and networking platforms, attracting more than 70,000 visitors and participants from across the country and the region.
Set to take place from 28 August to 6 September 2026, EITF 2026 will be held under the theme, “Unlocking Green Economy Opportunities for Sustainable Trade Promotion,” highlighting the growing role of sustainability, innovation and environmentally responsible business practices in driving economic growth.
The trade fair continues to serve as a meeting point for businesses, investors, consumers and policymakers, providing exhibitors with opportunities to increase visibility, launch products, strengthen customer relationships and explore new markets.
EITF spokesperson Siphesihle Nkhabindze said organisers are encouraging businesses and organisations to submit their applications before the deadline.

“We wish to once again warmly invite businesses and organisations to apply for exhibition stands as the deadline is now nearing. We are looking forward to their participation, and we are available to support them in the application processes,” he said.
This year’s theme reflects emerging opportunities across several sectors, including renewable energy, sustainable agriculture, recycling and waste management, green financing and environmentally responsible value chains. As sustainability becomes increasingly important in global markets, exhibitors will have an opportunity to showcase products, services and innovations that align with modern environmental and business expectations.
Organisers have maintained exhibition rates at last year’s levels to encourage broader participation and ensure that cost does not become a barrier for businesses, particularly Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs).
Beyond trade and investment opportunities, the event is expected to contribute to increased business activity across various sectors, including hospitality, transport, retail and tourism, as visitors travel to Eswatini to participate in one of the country’s flagship annual events.

Applications for exhibition space opened in March and successful applicants will have until 25 July 2026 to complete stall payments. Stand allocations will continue to be made on a first-come, first-served basis.
With exhibition space steadily filling up, businesses are encouraged to submit their applications as soon as possible to secure their place at one of Eswatini’s most anticipated business and consumer events.
