The Every Flower Must Bloom Summit & Conference 2026 is set to bring women together for two days of empowerment, learning and meaningful engagement, focusing on their personal, professional, emotional, financial and spiritual development.
Presented by the Every Flower Must Bloom Movement under the auspices of Zandie Thwala Ministries, the event will take place from 30 to 31 October 2026 at the Sword and Spirit Ministries Auditorium in Sidvwashini, Mbabane.
Held under the theme “Her Whole Self – Flourishing in Full Bloom,” the initiative aims to launch a non-denominational movement dedicated to empowering women to flourish in every dimension of life.
The programme will feature two main phases: the Corporate Women’s Summit on Friday morning, followed by the Every Flower Must Bloom Conference on Friday evening and Saturday.
The Corporate Women’s Summit will provide a platform for women professionals, corporate leaders and thought leaders to engage in presentations and panel discussions on issues affecting women’s growth and advancement.
Key discussion areas will include mental and emotional wellbeing, workplace visibility, corporate culture, executive sponsorship, financial independence, professional networking, strategic relationships and mentorship.
The summit will also explore the importance of holistic flourishing in womanhood and leadership, encouraging women to pursue success while prioritising their overall wellbeing.
The keynote guest speaker will be HRH Ndlunkulu Nozizwe Mulela-Zulu, Managing Director of Eswatini Bank. Other speakers include Pastor Zandie Thwala, Dr Zama Dlamini-Manana, Ms Thandeka Dlamini, Pastor Kevin Ward and Mr Siyabonga Mabuza.

Registration for the Corporate Women’s Summit is E650 per person, inclusive of lunch. This fee applies to the summit-only programme.
The second phase, the Every Flower Must Bloom Conference, will begin on Friday evening and continue on Saturday. It will feature a multi-denominational gathering incorporating corporate worship, Word-based teaching, interactive sessions, practical discussions, spiritual encouragement, healing and mentorship.
The conference aims to create a supportive environment where women can strengthen their faith, discover renewed purpose and connect with others as they navigate different aspects of life.
Through expert insights, meaningful dialogue and opportunities for connection, the overall initiative seeks to equip women with practical tools and knowledge to improve their wellbeing, advance their careers, strengthen their financial independence and build supportive relationships.
Organisers also aim to foster lasting partnerships between corporates, churches and communities, establishing opportunities for mentorship, accountability and continued growth beyond the event.
Corporates, organisations, churches and individuals are invited to participate, with organisations encouraged to register their female employees and leaders, secure tables and explore partnership opportunities that support women’s wellbeing, leadership and development.
The organisers describe the initiative as an investment in women who play important roles in shaping workplaces, families and communities.
