FRIENDS IN THE CITY RETURNS TO SIBANESAMI HOTEL EZULWINI

Ezulwini is set to welcome another lifestyle attraction to its entertainment calendar as Friends in the City returns to SibaneSami Hotel on October 4, 2026, promising a relaxed daytime experience for friends, families and social groups.

Organised by DJ Aya City, the event will take place under the theme “Shorts & Shades Picnic”, bringing together music, social interaction and outdoor leisure in a laid-back setting.

According to Hlelo Kunene, Friends in the City is designed to create an environment where people can enjoy a day out, connect with friends and meet new people while experiencing Eswatini’s growing lifestyle and entertainment scene.

“Friends in the City is about bringing people together for a proper day out with good music, good people and good energy. This edition is also family friendly, so people can come with their children and enjoy the day together,” said Kunene.

The event will feature entertainment and activities for different age groups, with children expected to enjoy a jumping castle and swimming, adding a family-friendly dimension to the experience.

The upcoming edition follows the previous Friends in the City event held on March 29, 2026, as organisers continue building the concept as a recurring lifestyle experience.

With an entry fee of E50, the event is expected to attract young people, families and social groups looking for a relaxed daytime outing in the Ezulwini area.

The event also adds to Ezulwini’s growing lifestyle and leisure offering, complementing the valley’s established hospitality, entertainment and tourism attractions.
